TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please carefully read the below and always adhere to the following guidelines to ensure the utmost safety and care. When placing order customer agree to Jaw Dropping Balloonery's T&C's listed below.

CHOKING HAZARD
The balloons may contain button batteries, small and sharp objects that are not for children under 3 years or any individuals who have a tendency to place inedible objects in their mouths. Always pop under adult supervision.

Payment & Refunds
When you order a balloon directly from our website, payment must be made at time of booking otherwise your booking will not be confirmed - unless advised otherwise by our Staff.
If your order has been confirmed and you need to cancel, you are welcome to reschedule for another day or Store Credit will be issued with a 3 month expiry date - There will not be a cash refund. 

If your order contains a personalised item for example a Wine Label, a Refund/ Store Credit will not be issued for this item and you are welcome to pick up at your earliest convenience or the item can be posted out to your nominated address at an additional charge for postage.
 
In the unfortunate circumstance that your balloon bursts while in the duty of your care, please note we will be able to remake the balloon at an additional charge of $20 provided all the balloon stock (minus the Latex balloon) are returned to us.
If your balloon contained a personalised decal sticker, you will be charged the full price to remake the sticker.
 
Please note the remaking your balloon will be based on our availability so please handle our balloons with care.

DELIVERY / PICK UP
Jaw Dropping Balloonery offer both options for your convenience. We service Gold Coast regions and most Brisbane regions although higher then usual delivery fee will occur due to the delicacy nature of the balloon as we are unable to use the standard delivery service. Proceed to check out and fill in the required details and your total will be shown at the bottom of the check out page. Please note there is a minimum spend when selecting delivery option. Minimum spend price varies depending on location. On delivery day we will contact you via phone or email to confirm ETA. We will try our best to arrive on time as per your request. Please assure someone is present at time of delivery to collect the balloon. It is not recommended for the balloon to be left outside unattended. In the case no one is home at time of delivery, we will try our hardest to place the balloon in a safe place although we will not be liable to any stolen or damaged goods. If address needs to change you must advise us at least 24hrs prior to delivery date (delivery fee may occur)
When selecting Pickup, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once your order has been approved with pick up address.
 

ALLERGIES
Please note some products may contain traces of nuts. Latex may cause an allergic reaction to some people. Please seek medical advice if an allergic reaction occurs.
 

TURNAROUND TIME
THE SOONER THE BETTER
We understand finding the perfect gift can be stressful and that's why 48hrs notice is sufficient.
 
For urgent / same day service, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that all BYO gifts must be provided at least 48hrs prior to delivery/pick up date.

Please keep in mind all gift items must fit into a 12cm diameter circle. Not exceeding 2kg in total weight is best recommend for longer lasting inflation.

Please note our balloons are hand made and you may come across some imperfections or variations may occur.

Personalised items will be designed to the best of our ability and may not be the exact same design as your request.

Customer hereby accepts and agrees to conditions and is aware that Jaw Dropping Balloonery, all principals, owners or employees are not liable for any injury, choking, allergies, illnesses or property damage alleged to be caused by our balloons or any contents provided by our business.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Jaw Dropping balloons can be affected by temperature and external factors beyond our control. It is best to have your gift balloon gifted on the same day as pick up otherwise you will risk compromising the quality of your balloon.
Our Balloons can last for weeks depending on contents placed inside the balloon.
We recommend keeping your balloon away from direct sunlight and heat as this will cause the balloon to oxidize. Best to be stored in a cool dark room.
Keep away from sharp objects, DO NOT poke, jab, throw, tilt etc as tampering with the balloon may cause it to pop.

You will receive a pin which will be safely placed on the side of your balloon box.
*For safety reasons, please remove the pin and place in a safe place until the balloon is ready to be popped.
